Well ,after the long trip to wilton the 2's start between the 2 front rows was "heated", after this "calmed"down south wilts got the ball to the backs and scored freely through the 1st half as the Lytchett backs offered little resistence. The second half showed the Lytchett backs putting pressure on the opposition's attack and a realisation they weren't as good as previously given credit for . with the forwards winning most of the ball and showing their strength with the pick and go. Kristian Heaps showed a new found maturity in his senior game and considerably contributed to the lytchett advance with his kicking game and scoring Lytchett's only try single handedly.Eventually our fitness failed us once again and south wilts scored twice in the last 5 mins.
Hope we learned a lesson and start playing from the off next time.
