Match Report for Lytchett Minster 1 Vs Alresford on 11 Oct 2003

Lytchett Minster Falter

A win at the weekend would have put Lytchett Minster into second place in Hampshire Division Two, but no win could be found with Lytchett losing at home to Alresford, 22 - 0.

After a great start to the season Lytchett Minster have faltered recently and lost their last two league games. But all is not lost, as it is early in the league campaign and with their new £600,000 club house, Lytchett are still expecting a productive season.

The game against Alresford was a rather drab affair, with the visiting side scoring a penalty, three tries, two of which were converted.

Better performances are expected from this Lytchett side.
